Green light for 430,000 sq ft of industrial space at Leicester Commercial Park

On behalf of Goodman, having advised on the land purchase, AvisonYoung are pleased to be marketing two new prime distribution facilities of 95,500 and 335,000 sq ft currently under construction.  Both buildings will be ready for occupation by Spring 2018.

Leicester Commercial Park is situated immediately adjacent to the M1 / M69 intersection in Leicestershire. 

Each development will be constructed to BREEAM Very Good standard and feature 50 m wide service yards, significant HGV and car parking and two-storey office accommodation.
