Avison Young appointed to project manage Phase 2 of Parliament Street Residence in Liverpool

Avison Young has been appointed to project manage Phase 2 of Parliament Street Residence, Liverpool, on behalf of Assetcorp, after the successful project management of Phase 1.

Currently under demolition, when complete Phase 2 will comprise 145 high-end, 1 and 2-bedroom residential apartments. The first phase sold out within the first 12 weeks of launch, highlighting the popularity of the location and Liverpool’s latest Signature Waterfront Development.

Parliament Residence has been designed to attract select young professionals, including those in the Financial Services, Research, Education and Creative & Digital Media industries; who are looking to live within walking distance of, or just a short commute from, their place of work.
