Robert Rae brings more than 35 years of commercial property industry experience to Avison Young, most recently with NRS in the Midlands (Coventry) and London. Robert established NRS in 1991 as a leading industrial advisor covering the Midlands, including larger agency, development and investment work across the country. Prior to founding NRS, Robert worked at CBRE in London, dealing with fund management across the U.K. Robert has established himself as a leading advisor on agency, development, investment and asset management, particularly on large-scale industrial and warehouse work. In addition, he works on office, roadside and mixed-use schemes.

Robert is joint Managing Director with Andrew Jackson in leading Avison Young’s National Industrial Team on a sector lead approach for agency, development, investment, occupational and lease advisory work.

Robert is nationally recognised as an industrial expert and has an excellent track record and is involved in many leading transactions.

Key transactions have included Prologis Park Coventry (2 million sq ft plus), Panattoni Derby (885,000 sq ft), Integra 61 Durham (2 million sq ft pre-let Amazon), Swan Valley Northampton (approx 140 acres), Hinckley Park (100 acres), Fradley Park Lichfield (letting to Tesco 710,000 sq ft and ASOS 437,000 sq ft) and Royal Oak Daventry (1 million sq ft to XPO).

 

Robert is involved in both large scale and mid box schemes for developers / funds in addition to acting for major land owners and occupier clients.
