Avison Young appoints Peter Clarke as Director of Valuation

Avison Young has expanded its team with the appointment of Birmingham heavyweight Peter Clarke as Director of Valuation.

Peter brings with him years of experience in the commercial valuation sector with particular expertise in the Midlands where Avison Young is rapidly building its presence. He leaves his post at JLL where he was head of UK Regional Valuation.

With a long career in the UK property sector, including a stint as head of property for West Midlands Police, Clarke is established as an expert in a wide variety of ‘specialist’ valuations, including Football Stadia, Cricket and Sports Grounds, Places of Worship, Solar Farms, Data Centres, Car Parks, Fish Farms and Recycling/Metal processing plants.  His experience of residential development valuation includes New Covent Garden Market in London.

At JLL, Clarke coordinated and led the regional commercial valuation business in the UK, advising on all aspects of the process including risk management, regulatory governance and compliance. He is also a highly regarded expert witness.
