Northampton Business Park 70% Pre-let on Practical Completion

Acting on behalf of M&G Real Estate and Tungsten Developments Avison Young has successfully pre-let 70% of the Business Park prior to the development’s completion, which was achieved in February 2017.

Occupiers on the Business Park include Monarch Aircraft Engineering, Costa Coffee, Pizza Hut, Greggs and Topps Tiles.
