DTZ Investors, advised by Avison Young and Charles and Partners, has completed a letting at 16-18 Beak Street, London, W1.

Prodigy Finance, the fintech disruptor and international postgraduate student loan provider, has signed a new five-year lease for the second floor totalling 1,787 sq ft. The floor had been recently refurbished.

Prodigy Finance was represented by Reesa. The property is now fully occupied.
