Charly joined Avison Young in 2024 and works across commercial, leisure, and residential projects throughout London and the South. Involved at every stage of project delivery — from early site appraisals to completion — Charly supports clients with planning applications, listed building consents, amendments, and the discharge of conditions and Section 106 obligations.
