About Chris

Chris is an experienced and qualified town planner with circa 16 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, having previously worked for the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames (2005 to 2008), CBRE (2008 to 2013) and GVA (2013 onwards). He leads the planning team in Avison Young’s Leeds office.

Chris has worked on a number of high-profile developments in both the London and Yorkshire markets and has advised on a wide range of clients including landowners, developers and local authorities. His experience includes promoting strategic development and managing planning applications on behalf of clients for major schemes including retail, commercial/industrial, residential and energy uses.
