About Dai

Dai leads the Land and Development team in Yorkshire. Dai has direct experience of working on major strategic schemes in the region and beyond. He has advised on the potential viability, value and delivery of over 10,000 homes in the last five years or so. Dai is a trusted advisor whose primary focus is advising the team’s clients on the sale and acquisition of land, viability matters, development appraisal, feasibility/viability analysis and “Red Book” valuations. The main focus of the team’s work is residential and mixed use development. The team has a range of Public Sector organisations on their client list including the MoD, education bodies, health trusts and local authorities; whilst it also advises a number of land-holding corporates, landed estates, developers and housebuilders.
