About David

David is a Chartered Flood Risk Manager with over 19 years of flood risk experience. David joined Avison Young, formerly GVA in May 2014, as the Head of the Flood Risk and Resilience Team and oversees this specialist area on a national basis.

David specialises in the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments for both planning and due diligence purposes and provides flood risk, flood resilience and flood warning advice for all departments within Avison Young and external clients. He has worked for a large range of public sector clients including Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales, Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and Councils across the country.
