About Jared

Jared is the Regional Valuation Director for the Leeds office. He has nearly 20 years' experience valuing commercial, industrial, and residential property throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside region. He provides valuations for loan security purposes of property held as investments, development land, and owner-occupied properties. Clients include all major clearing banks, several building societies, foreign-based banks, and other UK lenders, including asset-based lenders.  

Valuations are also provided for financial reporting, taxation, corporate transactions, and purchase/sale negotiations. His experience covers the commercial and industrial sectors, as well as residential/housebuilding and student accommodation.
