The Centre for Music is a new purpose built building dedicated to improving access and opportunities for the public to high quality musical experiences. Build on the site of the current Museum of London, the Centre will provide a world class Concert Hall for the London Symphony Orchestra and the Guildhall School of Music and Drama., as well as new bars, restaurants, and commercial office space.

The project’s vision is to provide:

• A world-class venue for performance and education across all genres of music
• Music for everyone - access to music across all ages, cultures and backgrounds
• A magnet to draw people to the cultural offer of the North West of the City
• An inspiration to audiences and visitors from around the globe
• An iconic new gateway to City of London’s ‘Culture Mile’
