Employees from 80 Avison Young offices spent 6,877 hours supporting more than 70 charities

Avison Young’s London-based employees supported the Drive Forward Foundation on the company’s ‘Day of Giving’ on 19 October. The company sets aside one working day every October to dedicate time and resources to a charitable cause.

The Drive Forward Foundation supports individuals setting out after years spent in care, specifically children between the ages of 16-18 years old.  Avison Young’s personnel coached teenagers through the interview process, networked with them and reviewed their CV’s.

The Thames Valley office worked on the Community GROW project at Chilternwood School in High Wycombe.  This is a school that takes children from across the county with special needs and encourages them to learn how to grow their own vegetables through the GROW project.  The team painted fences and carried out hedge trimming and weeding.
