70,000 sq ft pre-let to American distributor

Avison Young have advised Goodman Logistics on the pre-letting of a new 70,000 sq ft warehouse to American distributor CH Robinson.

CH Robinson has signed a 15 year lease on the property and intends to use the facility to expand the range of transportation and logistics services it provides for its customers throughout the UK and globally.

The unit will be available for occupation in May 2018.

At the same time, Goodman has confirmed its intentions to develop a new warehouse and industrial development of 32,000 sq ft on the adjacent plot.  The build will comprise 20,278 sq ft warehouse space and 2,365 sq ft offices.
