Avison Young named an employer of choice for the second year running

The Job Crowd, the UK’s leading graduate and apprenticeship guide, has awarded Avison Young as a Top 100 Employer for both graduates and apprentices for the second year in a row. In addition, Avison Young took the award for best culture for apprenticeship employers.

The rankings for this guide are entirely dependent on anonymous feedback from the company’s current graduates and apprentices, meaning success is dependent on what trainees think of a company. Each company is scored across eight criteria from training and support to colleagues and career opportunities. Avison Young’s feedback frequently cited the high levels of support and training offered to graduates, Avison Young’s inclusive and diverse working environment, as well as the breadth of Avison Young’s service lines providing exposure to a range of sectors, clients and skill-sets.
