Central London leasing advises on last available space at the White Collar Factory, London EC1

Avison Young’s Central London Offices team has advised Egress Software in acquiring 6,730 sq ft of offices from landlord Derwent London, in the newly completed White Collar Factory situated in London’s tech-hub known as Silicon Roundabout.

Egress has taken the last available space in the 237,000 sq ft (22,917 sq m) office building at a rent of £67.50 per sq ft. The building has a roof-top bar and running track!

As well as the leasing, AY is providing building consultancy and project management advice to Egress.
