Arlington Business Park wins Business Innovation Award

Avison Young’s clients APAM and Patron Capital have scooped the Business Innovation Award for Arlington Business Park at this year’s Thames Valley Property Awards, held this month at Ascot Racecourse.

The business park, located in Theale, beat stiff competition to collect the award which ‘recognises the role the parks in the Thames Valley area play in the region’s economy and celebrates the ability of the developer, owner or management team to create a sustainable environment’.
