First Panattoni Instructs Avison Young on the largest speculative warehouse in the Midlands

First Panattoni have instructed Avison Young on 1.5 million sq ft of speculative warehouse space across the Midlands.

This includes Nottingham 550, the largest speculative, cross docked industrial / warehouse in the Midlands.  The unit will comprise 550,270 sq ft and is currently under construction with PC due Q1 2019.  A further two speculative units are being built here of 75,402 and 88,866 sq ft.

At Derby, a further speculative unit of 370,125 sq ft is being built with space for an additional unit of 511,820 sq ft due for completion Q4 2019.

First Panattoni have instructed Avison Young on over 1.5 million sq ft comprising:

• Derby 370
• Derby 515
• Nottingham 75
• Nottingham 89
• Nottingham 550
