New appointments at GVA Newcastle
17 January 2019GVA, the UK’s largest and most diverse multidisciplinary professional consultancy outside of the capital has made two new senior appointments within its Lease Advisory and Property Management Consultancy (PMC) teams in Newcastle.
Phil Steadman, MRICS is appointed as a Director to head up the Lease Advisory team, joining from Naylors in Newcastle, having previously been with DTZ for 15 years. He brings 20 years expertise of rent review, lease renewal, lease restructuring and commercial property valuation throughout the North East.
Helen Ewles joins the expanding Newcastle PMC team as a Senior Property Inspector having undertaken a similar national role for GVA over the last 10 years dealing with FM, Health and Safety, Fire Risk Management and compliance issues.
Derick Jackson, Head of PMC at GVA, Newcastle adds: “The recent addition of the 55 Degrees North development to our management portfolio and our expanding role at Retail World, Team Valley amongst others, means that Helen will be a valuable addition to our strong local team.”
