Working with the College and design team, a masterplan was developed to review the Hele Road Campus accommodation, including proposals for a new state of the art Maths, Science and Computing Centre, a new student advice/support hub, social spaces and bespoke learning spaces for students with disabilities. Planning permission was secured in 2019. Subsequently, planning permission was secured for the new IoT building beginning the implementation of the masterplan.
