Appointed by Property Alliance Group to develop a Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF) to set out an overarching approach for commercially-led regeneration of a neighbourhood at the heart of Manchester City Centre, with a focus on creating a new office offer alongside other employment generating uses, such as the merging proposals for a new hotel at 55 Portland Street. In December 2017 the Executive Committee of Manchester City Council endorsed in principle a new SRF for public consultation.
