An illustrative masterplan has been prepared and individual planning applications will be submitted in 2021 for a new 4* destination hotel, a c.40,000 sqft Grade A office building, a landmark residential building of c.300 homes, and extensive new public realm to Deansgate and River Irwell frontages.
