Avison Young is providing planning consultancy services on this 1.6m square feet, 40 hectare strategic employment site which forms  part of the East Devon Growth Area, including planning consents for a regional ambulance headquarters, office developments and a 60,000 sqft distribution centre for DPD, as well as site wide infrastructure and landscaping. We have also submitted plans for a 200,000 sqft industrial unit.
