Detailed consent achieved for a 498 unit Build-to-Rent (BtR) residential development over 19 levels on a landmark Clyde-side regeneration site on the edge of Glasgow City Centre. As well as delivering quality design, the BtR model offered by the developer provides an opportunity to deliver high quantities of housing stock and create communities and associated benefits at pace which can act as a catalyst for the wider regeneration of the area. Construction commenced on site Q2 2021.
