Avison Young's Manchester office acquires 51,500 sq ft high-bay warehouse in Trafford Park for a major Automotive Tyre distributor

The Manchester industrial agency department has acquired a modern, high-bay warehouse of 51,500 sq ft in Trafford Park for a major Automotive Tyre distributor.

The unit was leased at £5.75 per sq ft on a new 5 year lease.

The deal saw the industrial team working closely with the building surveying department on the project in monitoring the refurbishment and preparing a schedule of condition.

Director Simon Hampson (pictured) commented: “This is the 6th building we have secured for our client in the past 5 years, helping them to acquire over 400,000 sq ft of prime space as part of their rapid expansion programme.”
