Avison Young Secures Amersham Office Letting

Anglo Office Park

Charterhouse Property Group, advised by Avison Young, has secured a new lease at Unit 4, Anglo Office Park, White Lion Road, Amersham to De Rigo UK Ltd.

The eyewear company has taken the 1,655 sq ft (154 sq m) ground-floor office space on a new 10-year lease with a five-year break.
