Four new tenants for Arlington Business Park, Reading

London - Avison Young has advised APAM and Patron Capital on the letting of 27,313 sq ft (2,537 sq m) in Building 1410, Arlington Business Park Reading, leaving just the top floor available.

The new tenants at the 48-acre business park are Kier, Panaya, Nutanix and Willis Towers Watson. Nutanix, the cloud computing software provider has taken the largest amount of space - 11,200 sq ft (1,041 sq m) - on the first floor of the building, which also includes the park’s new café, lounge and gym amenities.

Comprising 11 building and totaling 360,000 sq ft (33,444 sq m) of offices, Patron Capital and APUM acquired Arlington Business Park in 2015. Since then they have invested in a café and gym, meeting rooms, office building extensions and refurbishments and a year-round events programme, as well as an enhancement of the landscaping and public realm. Over 50,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) of refurbished offices will be delivered to the market in 2018.
