Panellist line-up confirmed for the 27th June Property Directors Forum

Avison Young's Anna Scally appointed to the panel

Anna Scally, Associate at Avison Young, has been confirmed as the final member of the panel of experts for the 13th Property Directors Forum to be held on Thursday 27th June 2019 at the Royal Society of Chemistry, Piccadilly, London.

Anna is also a FitWel Ambassador, and has project managed fit-outs and relocations in a wide range of industry sectors and cities across the globe. A recent project for Broadgate Estates in London achieved the first ever Outstanding BREEAM Fit-out & Refurbishment Certifications and was shortlisted for the 2016 BREEAM Awards.  Anna has presented at a number of events including MIPIM UK and will explore how wellness is becoming an integral part of her clients’ requirements for major projects.

Bruce Daisley will bring his experience as an occupier, leading business podcaster and author.  Bruce’s hugely popular podcast – “Eat Sleep Work Repeat” digs right into the DNA of work, talking to leading experts about how we can make our jobs more fulfilling, more productive – and much more enjoyable.  In his book, “The Joy of Work” he shares the fruits of his discoveries in 30 succinct tips that range across all aspects of 21st-century office life and that combine inspiration, empirically tested insight and down-to-earth practical answers in equal measure.

3ADAPT’s, Dr Phil Hampshire, has contributed to industry reference reports on Health, Wellbeing and Productivity.  As part of his doctorate research in stakeholder engagement and sustainable decision making, he developed new approaches to bring together the evaluation of human performance with quantitative analysis. He has led the development of sustainability strategies and frameworks with some of the world’s most progressive organisations.

The panel is chaired by Iain Rackley, an Avison Young Principal who sits on the Advisory Board of Avison Young’s Tenant Advisory Affinity Group and SIOR’s Tenant Representative Group.  He is based in Central London.  He will be ensuring that delegates gain practical advice and ideas from the panellists.
