Avison Young advised IM Properties on what is believed to be the UK's largest ever industrial building

Jaguar Land Rover has exchanged conditionally with IM Properties on what is believed to be the UK’s largest ever industrial letting of 2.94 million sq ft at Ashby de la Zouch (J11 M42).  The build to suit development will be used for a global aftermarket parts distribution centre.  Planning proposals have been submitted to North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC) for   five units, designed to consolidate existing facilities and improve efficiency for the flow of parts.
