Avison Young strengthens its position as preferred employer in latest ranking by The Job Crowd

Avison Young has been recognised as a Top 100 Company for graduates and apprentices for the second year running by the Job Crowd, the UK’s leading trainee review platform.

The real estate advisory firm won the award for best apprentice workplace culture, and secured the number one ranking for graduate employers with a large intake in the property sector.

The rankings for The Job Crowd guide are entirely dependent on anonymous feedback from a company’s current and previous graduates and apprentices, meaning success is dependent on what trainees truly think of a company. Each company is scored across nine criteria, including company culture, work life balance, career progression and training.
