Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service takes final space at Metro, Salford

The Office Agency team in Manchester has recently acquired 17,700 sq ft of office space at Metro in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester, on behalf of Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS).

HMCTS has taken the fourth floor on a 20-year lease, following a comprehensive refurbishment of the workspace, which features a new communal business lounge along with changing facilities and dedicated bicycle storage. Existing occupiers in the building include BAM Construction, Hamburg Süd and Insight.

Mark Baldwin who represented the HMCTS said: “We are very pleased to have acquired and secured a long-term lease within a very efficient building in a prominent location for our client. The building’s location and efficiency were key factors in the decision-making process and we believe that the client is very satisfied with the outcome.”
