GVA brings Luck to London team

GVA has strengthened its development offer with the appointment of Ralph Luck OBE, bringing more than 40 years of experience in real estate development and regeneration.

In his role at GVA, Ralph will primarily work on Further and Higher Education development, master-planning and delivery of public and private sector joint ventures and mixed use development. Ralph joins GVA from his position as Real Estate Development Director at King’s College London, where he was responsible for advising on and advancing development projects across the King’s College London estate, including leading the development of the College’s master-plan and estates strategy. Prior to this Ralph held the position of Director of Property at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), responsible for all ODA Property transactions and associated regeneration and for overseeing the London Development Agency in the assembly of the Olympic Park. Ralph received an OBE for services to urban regeneration in 2004.
