Avison Young makes senior appointment to Property Management team

Avison Young has further strengthened its Property Management business, welcoming Nick Coombs to the team.

Nick joins from CBRE, where he worked for eight years specialising in management for mixed-use developments and property companies, including Scottish Widows, Greenwich Estate, Kennedy Wilson and Cordatus. Prior to that, Nick spent 20 years at Nelson Bakewell.

Avison Young’s Property Management Consultancy team currently has £15bn assets under management for institutional and property company clients, looking after over 15,000 occupiers. The 250-strong team manages a wide variety of property including office, industrial and logistics and retail, as well as mixed-use schemes and has a number of high profile ‘trophy’ assets under management.
