Avison Young has announced the return of four ex-employees to the Real Estate Management team in Birmingham.

Following a stint away from the business, for varying periods of time, they have all rejoined the Birmingham team over the past two months - injecting prior experience into the regional team.

Claire Bramhall, Emma Swann and Vicky Round all return to senior, client-facing property management roles, as Associate Directors in the business.

Ravinder Lall also returns as an Associate Director, but to lead the critical risk and compliance service - the backbone of any successful property and facilities management service provider.

All will work across a range of exciting commercial property management mandates across the UK, including prime office led mixed use schemes in key English cities and also a large national, industrial and logistics portfolio. Working with our clients to minimise risk and maintaining and enhancing value.

Claire and Ravinder rejoin Avison Young following a period of time out of the commercial property industry, gaining new skills and perspectives in the retail and IT industry.

Guy Thompson, Principal, Real Estate Facilities & Infrastructure Management at Avison Young UK, said:
“It is always a pleasure welcoming talent in to Avison Young, but when it is returning talent, it is an even greater pleasure. These reappointments are already adding value to Avison Young’s clients with their experience gained from outside of the sector.

“They have enabled us to provide our clients with more, highly experienced, professionals ‘who can hit the ground running’ and already will be able to offer clients a first class, bespoke service across the full suite of property and estate management disciplines incorporating facilities, accounting, occupier engagement and surveying.”

Emma Taylor, Regional Director for Real Estate Management Services at Avison Young UK said:
“In re-appointing these four senior and talented professionals, we are positioning ourselves to serve our growing client base, providing them with access to well-informed advisors, from our confident and experienced team.

“At the same time, our returning colleagues will impart their knowledge to our younger cohort in the office, this is critical to the success of our next generation of rising stars.”
