Louise's career has spread over 30 years, working at several London and South East property consultancies prior to Avison Young, including CBRE and client side for the Corporation of London.  Throughout her career Louise has dealt with Lease Advisory issues such as rent reviews, lease renewals, restructures and other asset management issues, for both landlord and tenant clients.

More recently, Louise has worked at a long established partnership providing Lease Advisory advice to a mix of clients including charities, colleges and livery companies, as well as financial institutions, property companies, corporates and SME occupiers.

Louise's broad range of experience enables her to provide commercial and balanced advice, understanding the drivers for both parties and ensuring the best result required whether it be maximum value or savings and occupational flexibility.

Louise has been based in London for the last 20 years advising on all types of business space.

Recent projects include rent reviews on office space in central London, including The City, Mayfair, Victoria and on industrial premises around London in Park Royal, Slough, Heathrow and Dartford and in the wider South East in Milton Keynes, Huntingdon, Farnborough, Folkestone and Theale.
