Bethany joined Avison Young in February 2020 as a Chartered Town Planner in the Planning, Development and Regeneration business unit and is based in the Birmingham office. Prior to this, she gained experience working for a Strategic Land Promotion company and has worked on a large number of projects within the residential sector.

Since joining Avison Young, Bethany has worked on a variety of instructions within the residential, retail, commercial and industrial sectors, performing a vital role in the delivery of the companies service to its public and private sector clients. Bethany has experience in the coordination of multi-disciplinary project teams, the preparation of major planning applications, and stakeholder engagement.
