Ed has over 20 years of experience working in the construction industry and has extensive experience on a variety of major new build projects including commercial, residential, retail and industrial developments for developer clients, pension fund and corporate clients. With a background in building surveying and project management Ed has a thorough technical knowledge / understanding of the development process to advise clients at all stages of a project.

Ed has strong interpersonal skills which allow him to effectively manage and direct large teams to a successful outcome on projects. He is used to complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Recent experience includes the successfully delivery of the Crossrail Over Station Development for Great Portland Estates at Hanover Square; 101 Cleveland Street, a residential development in Fitzrovia with Dukelease and AIRE; 1-9 Seymour Street, a mixed use development with The Portman Estate; and Oxford House, a commercial office scheme with Great Portland Estates on Oxford Street.
