Major Office Sale – Coventry

Acting on behalf of Gramercy Property Trust, Robert Rae of Avison Young has sold an office building of 50,502 sq ft to National Grid for £9 million.  Prior to the sale, Avison Young represented Gramercy Property Trust in the letting of this Grade A office – Coventry’s largest 2016 letting – on a new 10 year lease with a 5 year break from December 2016.
