Avison Young appointed by the Property Trust Group on Premier Inn hotel conversion at iconic Heal’s Building

Avison Young, the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate services firm, has been appointed as Project Manager by The Property Trust Group to oversee the completion of conversion of a 25,000 sq ft office property into a new hub by Premier Inn hotel in London’s Tottenham Court Road.

The conversion scheme is in part of the iconic Heal’s Building, the historic and high-profile headquarters building of the furniture retailer and a well-known landmark of London’s West End.

The appointment of Avison Young comes after the original contractor was placed into liquidation.  Avison Young has been appointed to co-ordinate the appointment of a new main contractor and oversee the completion of the construction phase.
