Rob Watts joins Avison Young's Midlands Office

Robert Rae, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the company’s Coventry / Midlands, UK office, announced today that industrial property development, sales and leasing specialist Rob Watts has joined Avison Young.

Effective immediately, Watts joins Avison Young as an Associate, concentrating on all aspects of industrial agency and development. He joins from commercial property agents GVA UK, where he was Senior Surveyor, specialising in industrial agency and distribution. Prior to this, Watts worked with CPBigwood as a Chartered Surveyor, within the agency and auction department.

Watts’ key clients include Eurogarages, Graftongate, Barberry, IM Properties and Canmoor.
