Avison Young instructed on Integra 61, Durham – North East England’s largest new logistics manufacturing park

Avison Young has been instructed by Citrus Developments on Integra 61, North East England’s largest new logistics manufacturing park that will provide 2 million sq ft of industrial accommodation with an end value in excess of £170 million.

Design and build opportunities are available for units of up to 1 million sq ft on the 205-acre site.
