Avison Young strengthens Toronto valuations team with strategic hiring of Principal, Hadley Duncan

Toronto, ON – Global commercial real estate advisor, Avison Young, today announces that Hadley Duncan has joined the Valuation & Advisory Services team in Toronto as Principal and Senior Director.

In his role, Duncan will lead a team specializing in industrial, office, and land valuations. He will focus on expanding his existing client base while introducing new clients to Avison Young. Although his primary focus will be the Greater Toronto Area, Duncan will also support clients across Ontario.

Duncan brings 14 years of experience, providing strategic real estate valuation and advisory services to a broad range of clients. He has held roles of progressive responsibility within the commercial real estate sector, most recently as an Executive Director, with a focus on business development and appraisals, advising some of the region’s leading businesses – including Starlight Investments, Dream Office REIT, and Hydro One.

Joining to work alongside Duncan will be George Grigoriadis as Senior Analyst. Grigoriadis brings five years of research and appraisal experience to round out the team.
