Avison Young advises on the sale of 22,571 sq ft office investment in Swindon

Avison Young & JLL, on behalf of a private client, advised on the sale of Mulberry Building, Kembrey Park, Swindon, SN2 8UY. The UK Ltd SPV holding the property was acquired by a private investor for £3.25 million.

Mulberry Building comprises 22,571 sq ft (2,097 sq m) of fully let self-contained office space, split across two floors. The ground floor is let to Sirva Relocation (No 1) Ltd and the first floor is let to Honda Trading Europe Ltd, providing an AWULT of 5.25 years and total rental income of £300,985 per annum.
