Location
The site was accessed from the M6 exiting at Junction 33 and heading north on the A6. The route went through the village of Galgate and took a right turn onto Hazelrigg Lane signposted for Forrest Hills. This road was followed for a few miles until changing into Little Fell Lane. After approximately 1.5km a left was taken into Langthwaite Road and the site was visible ahead. The turn was taken onto the farm road and this led directly to the site.
