Katherine is an Associate Director in the Planning, Development and Regeneration team based in the Birmingham office. Katherine is a chartered Town Planner with 19 years experience in both the public and private sectors.

Katherine advises a wide range of clients on Town Planning issues affecting their land and property interests, ranging from private individuals to developers, Government agencies and blue-chip companies. Katherine specialises in development control and development plan matters but is experienced in all aspects of the planning system. Katherine is responsible for the day to day management of a number of individual instructions, including the preparation, submission and management of a range of major planning applications for key Clients, management of consultant teams, preparation and submission of representations in response to emerging policy documents, and providing advice to Clients on the planning potential of their land.
