We help occupiers to assess their liabilities – and identify opportunities – by carrying out a complete review of their service charge documents.
With twenty years of successfully supporting our clients, and a network of specialists in all areas of property, we provide expert advice on every aspect of service charges.
Service charges can be complicated. A broad range of factors have to be considered when making the calculations, but getting the figure right is very important for occupiers.
The insights of our team allow a greater amount of control over property outgoings. Whether for due diligence reasons, or to give a greater degree of transparency to plans or budgets, an accurate breakdown of services charges can be crucial.
A forensic investigation of service charge documents can also result in cost savings. We’ve delivered £18m of savings for clients that include RBS, BMW, Network Rail, the Football Association and DLA Piper.
Because of our cross-company, collaborative approach, we can offer you a range of related services that integrate seamlessly with your own. These cover everything from carrying out lease reviews, forensic data audits, to benchmarking.

They are often the only way to double check the accuracy of lease data, occupation, physical condition, statutory compliance, risk, insurance, and other areas.
We carry out a variety of services relating to national inspections – to make sure our clients have all their bases covered. These include drawing up standard reporting templates for property portfolios, preparing asset schedules and conducting inspections of tenant alterations. Our team can also check whether area measurements are accurate in a property.
