Ashley Carrabba has been a licensed real estate professional since 2009, building a career focused on commercial leasing and brokerage with a commitment to client-centered service. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in History, Ashley brings both a strategic mindset and a global perspective to every transaction.

Having lived across Europe, Asia, Australia, and Canada, Ashley developed a deep appreciation for the diverse ways people experience and value real estate. This international exposure enhances her ability to connect with clients from all walks of life and to provide insightful, tailored guidance across the commercial property landscape.

Before joining Avison Young, Ashley worked at a local real estate firm where she secured tenants and negotiated leases for office and medical spaces. This hands-on experience laid a strong foundation in deal-making and reinforced her focus on creating value for clients through thoughtful, results-oriented solutions.

Known for her ability to form lasting relationships, Ashley offers comprehensive support in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy. Her approach is grounded in trust, transparency, and results-driven service.

Outside of work, Ashley is a devoted NC State Wolfpack football fan and enthusiastic tailgater. She’s also a proud mother of two children and a commercially rated pilot who enjoys flying her family on fun and adventurous getaways.
