Barry is an Associate Director and key member of the Professional Services team; he has 15 years’ experience and an in-depth knowledge of the commercial and residential property markets in Northern Ireland.

Barry is an RICS Registered Valuer and routinely provides valuation / disposal advice to public and private sector clients. He undertakes valuation work on behalf of the main lending institutions in Northern Ireland including Bank of Ireland, Ulster Bank, Danske Bank, Barclays Bank, AIB and HSBC. Barry is one of the few suitably qualified valuers who specialise in appraising housing association portfolios for loan security purposes.
