With more than 20 years of experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, Gail brings a strategic, innovative approach to learning and development. Prior to joining Avison Young, she served in senior talent roles across multiple industries, most recently at CBRE, where she led the global implementation of the company’s first Learning Management System and developed a multi-year content strategy that boosted employee engagement by 25% year-over-year.
