Helen is an Associate Town Planner in Avison Young’s Manchester Planning team. A Chartered Member of the RTPI, she provides expert advice across all stages of the planning process, from early site appraisals through to the submission and management of planning applications.

She has experience across a wide range of sectors including retail, leisure, residential, mixed-use, and industrial. Helen regularly leads multidisciplinary teams and is known for her clear, strategic advice and collaborative approach. She also has specialist expertise in retail and town centre planning, supporting both public and private sector clients with evidence base studies, policy advice, and planning applications.
